Call Jackie Jones for your grant writing needs have years of experience working with an array of non-profit organizations primarily in the United States with an International reach.  My writing style tugs at the heartstrings of funders and presents statistical data in a compelling, concise manner.  My field of expertise includes writing and editing grants for faith-based organizations.

I am exemplary at finding new funding sources for projects and organizations.  My research skills in identifying statistics and trends provide strong community needs statements.  I can help organizations identify and implement outcomes and evaluation plans that accurately and meaningfully show how services are results oriented.

Professional grant writers do not work on commission. Rather they work on an hourly or project basis.  I prefer to work with clients who can put me on a retainer to provide ongoing grants management year round.  This provides organizations the opportunity to respond to emergent funding opportunities as well as plan a yearly calendar of grant submissions.  I am also available to provide services for a specific project or by the hours on a limited basis.
Grant Writing Services

My mission is to help non-profit organizations with their grant writing needs. No matter what your program does, I can help research the grant funding potential for it; be it a research grant, grants for a building, faith based grants, outreach grant, community development grants, education grants, grants for youth programs, grants for kids, etc.

Everyone wants a grant but not everyone is ready and/or prepared. We will review your organizations opportunities and make recommendations before you are asked to invest in our grant writing services.

Initial Phase - Meeting to discuss funding needs:
Our first meeting will be to discuss your organization’s funding needs which includes short term and long term goals. Before any work can be done on your behalf, your goals should be defined as precisely as possible. I am available by phone, email or if possible in person. This free consulting time includes understanding your goals and brainstorming workable solutions. From this I will cultivate your goals and objectives and proceed to the grant research process.

Grant Research Process:
After thoroughly discussing your organization's funding needs (as well as your short term and long term goals), I will research upcoming funding opportunities that align with said needs and goals. I will then develop a report of grant competitions for which you are eligible to apply. Depending on the type of funding your organization needs, this 'Grant Research Opportunity' (GRO) report will typically include anywhere from 3 to 5 funding competitions. I only put the most appropriate funding opportunities in the report which will reduce time and future research efforts as you prepare your annual grant development schedule with me.

This monthly retainer will also place you in my grant alert system so that when new grants come out, I will alert you and discuss whether to go for the grant or not -- free of charge. The GRO report development process takes up to three weeks to complete. I will e-mail you your GRO report and then meet with you to thoroughly review the report, prioritize the funding opportunities, and establish your grant application schedule for the year.
Grant Search Retainer Fee: $300 minimum per month.

Grant Writing Process:

My grant proposal writing services include the planning of the grant program design (with your organization and its partners), development of the full narrative and submission of the proposal. Your organization will be required to provide documents including 501©3 documents, budget information, Board Member information and a variety of other documents which may be required. A list will be provided for your production. Every step of the grant writing process is designed to incorporate strategic planning between me and your non-profit staff and stakeholders so that the resulting grant program produces results and solutions that are customized to address your (and your constituents') needs.

Grant writing includes research on community needs, demographics, related statistics, and program evaluation plans. I can help you identify grant funding opportunities locally or nationwide.

** Fee will be quoted after the review of the funding opportunities.
