LOS ANGELES, CA (ANS) -- As millions of Americans start thinking ahead to their New Year's resolutions, celebrity trainer and fitness expert Jimmy Pena, MS, CSCS, is suggesting a different approach -- one that includes a focus on faith and fitness -- through a new daily-service website, PrayFit.com.
"It's our goal to help people find a deeper relationship with the Lord and a stronger, healthier, better looking body," says Pena, the former fitness director at Muscle & Fitness magazine who serves as trainer to media giant Tyler Perry and television host Mario Lopez.
With nearly two decades worth of experience as a trainer, author and consultant in the fitness industry, Pena is now putting his expertise to work against what he calls "the nation's ever-widening waistline."
