Former advisor during President Bill Clinton's administration, Dick Morris, says 19 House Democrats who previously voted yes have moved closer this week to voting no according to the latest Republican whip count of likely votes on Obama's radical health plan.
Conservative talk show host Sean Hannity has publishing a whip count on his website totaling the current House vote standings on President Obama's health care bill. "Hannity's count may not be as accurate as one inside the White House like Pelosi but it gives us insight into what is going on," says Morris.

Atheist Agenda, a group of college students from the University of Texas at San Antonio, recently conducted a “Smut for Smut” campaign in which members offered students pornography in exchange for Bibles. Leaders of the group say religious texts contain violence, spark wars, advocate for the mistreatment of women and are therefore no better than pornography.

Senator Dick Kelsey announced Friday, March 5 that he is suspending his congressional campaign in order to address a family health issue.
"During the coming months I will devote all my energy to my work in the State Senate and in working through a family health issue." said Kelsey.

WASHINGTON — A federal judge issued an order Tuesday dismissing all claims against Shirley Dobson in a lawsuit alleging that government-issued proclamations encouraging citizens to pray are unconstitutional. Alliance Defense Fund attorneys filed a motion for summary judgment in the suit filed by the Freedom From Religion Foundation, and the court granted that motion. But it also granted FFRF’s motion, which allows it to challenge the statute permitting a national day of prayer.

KERRVILLE, TX -- A last-minute settlement agreement was presented to State District Judge Keith Williams on Monday, March 1st, as trial was about to get underway in the lawsuit brought by neighboring landowners against The Coming King Foundation (TCKF), a Texas nonprofit arts organization. Plans to build a first class Sculpture Prayer Garden on 23 acres overlooking IH-10 and Highway 16, highlighted by the cross on top of a hill, and Mesa Vista landowners sued to prohibit the raising of the cross.
