Government Power Grabs, Spending Sprees and Abortion Funding Drive Voters to Principled Conservative Candidates

WASHINGTON -- In response to the 2010 mid-term election results, Penny Nance, CEO of Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee, the nation's largest public policy women's organization.said "Conservative women spoke loud and clear in the 2010 elections. Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee led efforts to mobilize behind principled candidates like Rand Paul and Marco Rubio in the Senate and Vickie Hartzler and Kristi Noem and many others in the House." According to ABC News, record numbers of women filed to run for the U.S. House and Senate during the primaries, and a record-tying 10 will appear on ballots for governor in eight states.

"In the coming days media pundits will no doubt try to diminish our conservative victory and attempt to divide a movement unified in principle. This new Congress will be well-served to turn the TV off and listen to the women of America."
